Cancel Sweetmax Subscription

I recently subscribed to the Sweetmax digital platform offering short-form series about a week ago. Although I no longer wish to use the service, I have been unable to cancel my subscription as desired. Yesterday the subscription fee was charged to my account, even though I wanted to cancel. I could not complete the cancellation process through the platform and therefore my subscription remains active against my will. I request that my Sweetmax subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that no further fees be charged to my account.
