Surveoo Does Not Delete My Accounts and Personal Data Upon Request

I created two user accounts on the Surveoo website less than a week ago and I now want both accounts and all my personal data to be completely deleted from their system. I do not need any money or earnings from the platform and I do not want my personal information to remain registered on their site. The first account is registered with the email address “alisalih20***@gmail.com” and the second account is registered with the email address “alisalih20***@gmail.com”. I have not made any payments on Surveoo and have not shared bank or card details, but I have shared other sensitive information that I no longer want stored. I have tried to reach Surveoo support for account deletion, but I have not received any response. I request that both of my Surveoo website accounts and all related personal and sensitive data be permanently deleted as soon as possible and that I receive a clear confirmation that this has been done.
