Failed Delivery and Misleading Branch Pickup Demands for Disabled Customer

I have been experiencing problems for 3 days with my toy cabinet order from A101, tracking number 24914558801141. At first, the status showed “out for delivery,” but it was never brought to my address. Then I received an SMS saying, “Your package is at the Truva Branch, if not picked up within 3 days it will be returned.” Afterwards, I was informed that the package was damaged. Today, I received the same type of message again stating, “Your package is at the branch, if not picked up today it will be returned.” I paid for home delivery, and as a disabled person, it is not possible for me to go to the branch to collect it. Despite this, my package has not been delivered, and although customer service promised to resolve the issue, no real help was provided. I cannot reach the branch, and I keep receiving contradictory and misleading information. I demand that the service I paid for be properly fulfilled and that my package be urgently delivered to my address in Çanakkale city center.
