SuperStep Refused Repair for My Sneakers After Lining Came Apart
In December 2024, I bought light gray suede and fabric mixture sneakers from the House of step store and paid ₺7248. The store employee stated that he had a 2-year warranty. Since it was not suitable to be worn in the winter season, when I noticed that the inner lining in the fabric section was opened from a small point on the left side of the shoes, which I started to wear 4-5 times in the last 1 month, I took it to the store and requested an examination. However, the answer was mind-blowing. "Deformation in your product is due to the product not being treated in accordance with the instructions for use." When I called customer service for shoes that have not been washed or even never erased, the inside of which is still sparkling, when I called customer service, I asked for an explanation of why the sentence you did not follow this instructions for use was only on the left single, I was given funny information about how to wear it while wearing shoes as someone who has worn all kinds of shoes for all these years. Please prevent the company from protecting the product it sells, treating the customer as an idiot was a very unethical insult-like feedback. This obvious about replacing the product or repairing the lining is far from institutionality and making me feel stupid because I paid so much money for this shoe. In this case, it turns out that the issue of what they guarantee when they say 2 years warranty is a big lie.
