In December 2024, I bought light gray suede and fabric mixture sneakers from the House of step store and paid ₺7248. The store employee stated that he had a 2-year warranty. Since it was not suitable to be worn in the winter season, when I noticed that the inner lining in the fabric section was opened from a small point on the left side of the shoes, which I started to wear 4-5 times in the last 1 month, I took it to the store and requested an examination. However, the answer was mind-blowing. "Deformation in your product is due to the product not being treated in accordance with the instructions for use." When I called customer service for shoes that have not been washed or even never erased, the inside of which is still sparkling, when I called customer service, I asked for an explanation of why the sentence you did not follow this instructions for use was only on the left single, I was given funny information about how to wear it while wearing shoes as someone who has worn all kinds of shoes for all these years.
