I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from SuperStep 7 months ago, and the mesh fabric on the sides tore within a few months. Despite specifically asking about durability during the purchase, I was assured there were no such complaints. However, based on similar feedback from others, this seems to be a common issue with this model. Due to the damage, I could only use the shoes for 4-5 months.

At the store, I was accused of possibly washing the shoes, which is untrue since they have never been cleaned. I’ve sent the product for inspection, but I’ve heard that most claims are denied. I trust the inspection team to act professionally and recognize that no washing or misuse has occurred. The tears are a clear defect, and apart from that, the shoes show no signs of wear.

I no longer trust mesh models and won’t choose them again. I hope SuperStep stands behind their products and provides a positive resolution to this issue. Customers deserve quality assurance and support for defective items.
