Superprof promised me a low commission but later increased it — how can I resolve this?

First, look again at the terms or screenshot where Superprof said they would offer you a lower fee. Check to see if that was in an official email or on their "Tutor Payment / Terms" page.

Superprof says that if you don't have the Premium plan or something similar, they will take a 10% cut of lessons paid for through their safe payment system.

Next, file an official complaint through their Help Center or support email. Include screenshots of your contract or messages and proof that they kept their promise.

In the event that they refuse, you can file a claim on Xolvie to connect with others and find support.
