Turkcell Superonline Superbox Ping Spikes Issue

I’m really tired of Turkcell Superonline. My Superbox was broken, it was sent for repair and came back. There’s no issue with the speed, but I work at a call center, and when I connect to the system, my ping suddenly jumps to 700-800. This immediately prevents me from supporting my customers and causes problems. I even tried changing my location at home to see if it would help, but nothing changed. I called customer service, but they haven’t found a solution, and I haven’t been able to connect to the system for two days. Because of you and your unqualified staff, I’m about to lose my job. I urgently request that my ping values be stabilized at the lowest possible level.
