There’s no issue with the speed, but I work at a call center, and when I connect to the system, my ping suddenly jumps to 700-800. This immediately prevents me from supporting my customers and causes problems. I even tried changing my location at home to see if it would help, but nothing changed. I called customer service, but they haven’t found a solution, and I haven’t been able to connect to the system for two days. Because of you and your unqualified staff, I’m about to lose my job.
