Turkcell Superonline Fiber Frequent Internet Outages

I am a Turkcell Superonline fiber internet subscriber using a 100 Mbps package at my address in Koza Mahallesi, Esenyurt, Istanbul. Due to recurring faults in the past week, I have experienced long-lasting interruptions that directly affect my ability to work from home. On March 8 and March 13, there were interruptions lasting longer than one hour due to faults, and I previously experienced another similar outage within the same week. Since I work from home, these repeated and long-lasting disconnections cause serious victimization and disrupt my business processes. Each time I contact customer service, I am told that there is a regional fault and that there is nothing they can do. However, the fact that these interruptions are caused by faults, not planned works, and that they recur within such a short time, makes the service unreliable for me. I expect Turkcell Superonline to take permanent measures so that such frequent fault-based outages do not recur and, in cases where an interruption is unavoidable, to inform customers in advance by SMS or other channels. I request that the necessary checks be carried out in my region, that the technical problem be permanently resolved and that I be informed in writing about the work to be done so that I do not continue to be victimized while working from home.
