Turkcell Superonline Did Not Install My Home Internet For A Week
I applied for Turkcell Superonline home internet, but installation has not been done for a week at my address in Erzurum Aşkale Yenimahalle. My customer number is 12601071. Despite calling customer service every day to report the urgency and pointing out that the promised installation time has already passed, they only keep saying that they are creating a request and offer no solution. I want my issue resolved and the internet installation completed urgently and as soon as possible. I chose Turkcell because it is known as a successful company, but such a delay is not normal. I already regret my decision before the installation is even done, and I am worried about what will happen once the connection is established.
The fact that you keep writing the same things like a robot doesn't change anything; I've been waiting for a response for days.
I also stated the grievance on Şikayet Var's global platform, but despite all this, I couldn't find a proper contact person. No one has been interested for days. I honestly regret it more than before even setting it up. Let's see what other situations await us after setting it up.
Friends, you should definitely stay away. The person who came to install looked from outside the building first and said that a repairman would come to pull electricity, then he would come and do the installation. Even though I told him that the internet cable comes into the house, he didn't care and just got in his car and left. So I called and canceled the application. Really poor quality.
