Superonline Internet Speed Drops After Complaint Closure

My 1000 Mbit internet speed dropped to 100 Mbit—just one-tenth of what I’m paying for. When I called customer service, they claimed everything looked fine and didn’t offer any help. I submitted a complaint with a screenshot using their own speed test tool, but I never received a response. They openly advertise and sell 1000 Mbit service but only provide a fraction of it. Even their own speed test clearly shows the issue, yet you can’t convince customer support. Don’t waste your money hoping for faster internet. After I posted my complaint here, they called me two days in a row, though we couldn’t connect for various reasons. During those two days, the speed seemed to be fixed. But guess what—today the speed dropped again. Why? Because they made it look like the problem was solved just to close the complaint. This kind of treatment toward customers is unethical. On top of that, they’re not providing the service they promised and are trying to block complaint channels. If you can’t deliver the promised speed, then admit it and issue a refund. I’ve filed two complaints already. Both times, they temporarily fixed the speed and called me. As soon as the complaint was closed, the speed dropped again. What kind of company treats its customers like this? It feels like they’re mocking us.
