For 10 years, Turkcell Superonline has been providing poor service without making any investments, offering the same speed to the 180-household, two-block Kozz Ankara Site in Etimesgut, Ankara, as well as the surrounding complexes. In our site, TurkNet is installing fiber cables directly to homes and providing speeds that are 10 times faster than what Turkcell offers. Once my contract ends, I will also switch to TurkNet like all the other residents. Turkcell Superonline—this is truly shameful.

You can also purchase our wireless signal booster devices to increase your modem’s signal strength and achieve a better connection.
