Hello, I'm a Vodafone home internet customer and my internet commitment has come to an end this month. On my site, the Turkcell Superonline fibre infrastructure was installed 11 years ago for a fee. Given that Turkcell is the sole provider utilizing Superonline infrastructure, I decided to switch to Turkcell in order to enhance my internet speed. However, upon inspecting the infrastructure, they stated that the maximum speed they could offer was 100 Mbps. When I asked about my next apartment, I noticed that they offer internet speeds of up to 500 Mbps. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and receive the service I paid for, they informed me that they could only provide the speed that was indicated in the system and were unable to assist in resolving the problem. Given the high speed available in our next apartment, it seems there might be an issue with the shared cable infrastructure. Unfortunately, Turkcell customer service informed me that they don't have a solution for this problem. They can only check the infrastructure and offer the package that is available in their system. I kindly ask for assistance in inspecting the cable connection to my apartment so that any issues can be identified and resolved promptly, allowing me to fully utilize the service I have subscribed to.
