Superonline Cut Off My 50 Mbps Fiber Internet and Did Not Fix for Days

For about one month, I have not been able to properly use the TV Plus application included with my Superonline service on my Samsung television. At first, the app was constantly freezing, and for the past few days, it no longer opens at all. My customer number is 53435928.
During this time, I have called customer service many times. Each time, I was told that remote actions were taken, but the problem was never resolved. I was informed that field technicians would visit on December 4, but as of December 11, no one has come and I have not received any updates or notifications.
I request clear information about who is responsible for resolving this issue beyond customer service and how this process will proceed. I also request that my TV Plus service be restored to work smoothly and without interruption on my Samsung television as soon as possible.
