Clash Royale Account Email Changed After Free Gems Scam — How to Recover Your Supercell ID
On Friday, October 24, between 9:32 p.m. and 10:07 p.m., a player named “The Ørder” in my Clash Royale clan told me that he would give me free gems. We then started communicating through Instagram, and he asked me to change the email address linked to my Supercell ID. I did so, but I never received any gems — and the new email address no longer belongs to me.
Although I can still access my account, the email linked to it is no longer mine. My account name is Angel of Death, and my player ID is #82R8RJGUU. After this happened, I contacted Supercell’s customer support, but I haven’t received any response. My account has no purchases or payments linked to it, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I request that the email address on my account be changed back to my own and that the security of my account be restored. I access the game via an Android phone.
I urgently request support regarding this matter.
