Request to Close Sugo Account Due to Inappropriate Messaging

Through the Sugo messaging app, I discovered inappropriate conversations on an account belonging to my spouse, M***** A**********, registered with the phone number 0544*74. Because of this situation, I am formally requesting that the account be suspended and permanently closed as soon as possible.

I have not submitted any separate application regarding this issue, nor do I currently have screenshots or other supporting evidence. However, the content of the conversations I observed was clearly inappropriate and unacceptable.

I ask that this complaint be forwarded to Sugo’s general customer service department and that immediate action be taken to shut down the account in question. I expect Sugo to handle this matter seriously and resolve it without delay.
