Sugo Account and Phone Permanently Banned After Accidental App Mention

I have been using the Sugo voice chat application regularly for about 2 years with my host account named “Sugo” (UID: 113633***) and my phone number 3158834658***. During this entire period I did not receive any warnings or penalties and I always tried to follow and respect the rules of the platform. On 06/10/2026 my account and my phone were permanently banned after I mentioned another application by mistake during a conversation. This was an unintentional error, it happened only once and I did not act with any bad intent. After this ban, I also could not receive my salary of approximately 35 dollars, which I had earned as a host through this account. I contacted Sugo support by email regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response and my account is still banned. I am very attached to my account and to the Sugo app, because I both work and communicate through it, and losing access has affected me financially and socially. With this complaint, I kindly request that my Sugo account and phone ban be reviewed and lifted, and that my pending salary of 35 dollars be paid to me. I also promise that I will be more careful in the future and that such a mistake will not be repeated.
