Sugo 1600 Coins Not Working for Chats

I am using the Sugo in‑app service and currently have 1600 coins in my account, worth around 300 rs, but I am unable to use them. When I try to use the coins to send chats, the messages are not sent at all, so the service I supposedly paid for is not working. This problem started about 10 minutes ago and has been ongoing since then. I have not yet been able to reach or receive any help from support, and the issue continues despite trying repeatedly to send chats. I request that my account be checked urgently, that my 1600 coins be made fully usable for sending chats, and, if this is not possible, that my money corresponding to these coins be refunded.
