Storytel E-Book Feature Disappeared Mid-Read – No Support Response

I have been using Storytel for both audiobooks and e-books, but I recently experienced a major issue. I had read 60% of a book, only to find the e-book feature suddenly disappeared without any explanation. Not all books have an e-book option, and losing access to a book I was actively reading is incredibly frustrating. Storytel has been my go-to gift for birthdays, but this experience has left me so disappointed that I’m switching to Amazon Kindle.

To make matters worse, I contacted their support center before bringing this complaint here, but they never responded. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I urge Storytel to address this issue promptly and restore the missing e-book feature immediately.
