My Storytel Annual Membership Disappeared After One Month – I Demand a Refund
I paid ₺1200 for an annual Storytel membership, but my account suddenly stopped showing any active subscription after just one month. All the books I was reading have vanished from my library as well. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I demand an immediate resolution—either restore my membership and library or provide a full refund. If the issue persists, I also expect compensation for the inconvenience caused by this service failure. Storytel needs to address this problem urgently and ensure this does not happen to other customers. I’m extremely disappointed and will reconsider my trust in this platform if the issue isn’t resolved promptly.
