I Demand Refund After Unauthorized $8.74 Storytel Charge via Iyzico

On July 21, 2026, I noticed an automatic deduction of $8.74 from my account via Iyzico under the statement description "epos iyzico storyt. 9634". Although I subscribed to Storytel, a card record was created on the Iyzico platform without my knowledge or consent, and this transaction was processed without my approval.

I have not spoken with customer support at either Iyzico or Storytel regarding this transaction so far. This deduction appears clearly on my bank statement, and I do not accept this unauthorized collection.

I demand that this unauthorized saved card record be canceled immediately, that the $8.74 charged on July 21, 2026, be refunded to me without delay, and that further unauthorized automatic payments be blocked. Otherwise, I intend to pursue legal recourse through my attorney to exercise my legal rights.
