Story TV Auto Debit: Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request

I recently faced an issue with Story Tv regarding an unauthorized auto debit of 549 Rs from my Indian Bank account today. I did not knowingly approve any such recurring payment, and this charge came as an unpleasant surprise. This is the third time this 549 Rs amount has been auto debited, and I am now extremely concerned about my account’s security and the way Story Tv is handling payments. I could not find any clear information or consent record for this auto debit on my side. I request that the 549 Rs debited today be fully refunded to my account and that any auto debit or recurring payment linked to Story Tv be immediately cancelled so that no further amount is deducted without my explicit permission. I also expect a clear explanation of how this auto debit was started and confirmation that the issue has been permanently resolved.
