SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1X Missing Y-Splitter – Unable to Use Microphone on PC

I purchased the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1X, and I’m extremely frustrated that the Y-splitter (microphone adapter) was not included in the box. Because of this, I can’t use the microphone on my computer. It’s disappointing that such a cheap yet essential part was left out of the product package. This feels like a deliberate cost-cutting decision. I would advise against buying this product for yourself or anyone else. SteelSeries, you should include all necessary components for proper use—this oversight is unacceptable!
