Check the USB-C cord and port first if your SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless Ghost Edition won't charge.
Make sure the cable is firmly attached to both the mouse and a USB port that works.
If you can, try with a different cable, and check the charging port on the mouse for any damage or dust that might be blocking the link.
The next step is to reset the mouse. First turn it off. Then press and hold the left-click, right-click, and CPI buttons at the same time.
Press and hold these for five seconds until the lights flash. Then turn the mouse back on. This restart can fix small firmware problems that make charging impossible.
If the issue still happens, use the SteelSeries GG program to update the firmware. Open the software, connect the mouse to your PC, and look for changes.
