I Face SteelSeries Arctis 7+ Charging Cable Durability Issues After Normal Use

The charging cable of my SteelSeries Arctis 7+ headset started deteriorating on its own within a few months, and the outer plastic coating peeled away, exposing the protective layer underneath. I purchased the product online approximately one and a half years ago, and I am currently using it in Konya, Turkey. Although I did not excessively bend, force, damage, or expose the cable to any impact, experiencing this type of wear has been very disappointing.

I believe this issue may be related to a manufacturing defect. I have not contacted SteelSeries or the seller yet, but I would like my issue to be reviewed and resolved through this channel.

I request that the charging cable of my SteelSeries Arctis 7+ headset be evaluated under warranty and replaced with a new one free of charge. I expect SteelSeries to address this quality issue and provide a proper solution.
