Steam FC 27 Ultimate Edition Payment Stuck on Authorization Hold

I purchased FC 27 Ultimate Edition through Steam and completed the payment on September 16, 2026. The payment amount was placed on an authorization hold and deducted from my available balance, but the game was never added to my Steam library. I then canceled the transaction, but the amount is still pending as an authorization hold in my bank account and has not been returned to my available balance.

When I contacted Steam Support through live chat, they told me there was nothing they could do on their end and that I needed to contact my bank. However, my bank confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed and that the funds were transferred to Steam. They also provided the reference number 625908007706 and authorization code 165338 for the transaction. Despite this, the hold has not been released and the authorization has not been reversed, so I cannot access my money. I paid for the game but cannot access it, and I also cannot get my money back.

I request that the amount I paid be released from the authorization hold and fully refunded or returned to my available balance as soon as possible, taking into account the reference number and authorization code provided by my bank. I also request that this issue and the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved without further delay.
