CS 1.6 Server Keeps Reapplying My Permanent Ban Even After Removal

I serve as a senior administrator on the CS 1.6 server Spacer Gaming (95.173.173.111). Approximately two hours ago, I noticed that my account had been automatically banned through both an IP ban and a Steam ID ban. Although I have administrative permissions and can access the server management panel, I am unable to resolve the issue.

Whenever I remove the ban through the panel, the system immediately recreates it. Each time I attempt to clear the restriction, I receive the message "Added to banned list permanently", and both my Steam ID and IP address appear again in the permanent ban list. This behavior repeats continuously, making it impossible for me to regain normal access.

As a server administrator, I should be able to manage bans correctly, but in this case the system appears to be automatically enforcing a permanent ban against my account regardless of manual removal attempts.

Because of this technical issue, I am unable to access the server normally or continue carrying out my administrative duties. The problem appears to be related to the server's ban management system rather than a legitimate disciplinary action.

I respectfully request that the server administration team investigate this issue, identify why my Steam ID and IP address are being automatically re-added to the permanent ban list, and completely remove the restrictions. I also request that the underlying cause be fixed so that the ban does not return after being removed and I can continue my responsibilities on the server without further interruption.
