Dear StarMaker / SKYWORK Support Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding what I believe is an unfair mute placed on my StarMaker account on the Android app. My Account ID is 62154152***. The mute was applied for the period from 12/07/2026 to 12/08/2026. The reason shown was a violation of community guidelines. However, the situation arose because I was reacting to harassment directed at me first. In the attached screenshot, you can see user “Daksh” using abusive language toward me, which triggered my response. I have already contacted support multiple times about this issue, but so far I have only received automated responses and no indication that a human has reviewed my case. In your Privacy Policy, Section 9, you state that you will “review questions without delay and make timely reply.” As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to a fair and timely review, especially when an enforcement action affects my legitimate interest in using a service that I have paid for. I acknowledge that my reaction may have also breached the guidelines, and I accept my share of responsibility for that. I assure you that this will not happen again and that I will strictly follow the rules going forward. For this reason, I am respectfully requesting a one-time human review of my case and leniency regarding the current mute, including lifting or shortening the mute period if possible.
