StarMaker A++ Songs Getting Low Views and Likes Due to Reach Issue

I use the StarMaker app, and my StarMaker ID is 100091238*** – Simran. I sing well, and my songs always receive an A++ grade, but despite this, my songs are getting very few views and likes. Previously, my songs received more engagement as I expected, but now, even with an A++ grade, very few viewers are seeing my songs.

Because of this, I feel that there may be a problem with my account's reach or that my profile is not being displayed properly. I request that my account be technically checked, my profile's reach and visibility be restored to normal, and any limitation or issue affecting my account be fixed.

I want my songs to reach active StarMaker users properly so that I can receive fair views and likes according to the A++ grade.
