StarMaker Support Is Not Responding to My Radar Analysis Ranking Loss Complaint

I am a user of the StarMaker karaoke app and I am writing about a problem with my Radar Analysis ranking, both weekly and overall. My StarMaker username is “Sangeetha Sreekumar Nambeesan” and my user ID is 100134237449. On May 30, I accidentally changed my profile from public to private. Shortly after noticing this, I switched it back from private to public. Once I did that, my Radar Analysis ranking was completely cleared. Since then, my previous weekly and overall ranking has not been restored. I have already contacted StarMaker support about this issue, but I have not received any reply or explanation so far. I would like you to review my account and restore my previous Radar Analysis weekly and overall ranking, or at least clearly explain why it cannot be restored if that is the case. I kindly request that this situation be checked and resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a response to my complaint.
