Spoticar Gave Me a Price Online but Refused to Buy My Car in Person
On September 19, 2024, I filled out a form on Spoticar’s website to get an evaluation for my car. They provided a price, and I decided to visit the nearest Spoticar branch to proceed with the sale. However, when I arrived, they told me they do not actually buy cars, contradicting what was stated online.
There was zero professionalism or customer service—the staff seemed uninterested, and the whole operation felt like a waste of time. Spoticar claims to be associated with Citroën and Peugeot, yet their dealerships fail to honor the prices they give online.
Spoticar, stand behind your offers! I will never buy a Citroën, Peugeot, or any vehicle from this company again! Others, beware—their online price evaluations may be misleading!
