Soyo Lite Permanent Ban Appeal – Request Account Reactivation

I am a Soyo Lite user and I am requesting a permanent removal of the ban on my account. My Soyo Lite ID is 912958166 and my email address linked to the account is itumoelizabet***@gmail.com. At the beginning of last month, I discovered that my account had been banned. The reason shown was that I violated the platform’s law. The situation that led to this was that I borrowed coins from a coin seller on the app and, after she reminded me many times, I blocked her instead of resolving it properly. Later on, I unblocked her and fully paid back the debt this month. Despite this, I was informed that my account cannot be unbanned forever. I accept that my earlier behavior was wrong and I understand why it was considered a violation. However, I have already corrected the situation, repaid what I owed and unblocked the other user. For this reason, I kindly request that you reconsider the permanent ban decision on my account, review my case again and lift the ban so that I can continue using Soyo Lite in line with the rules. I would appreciate it if my account could be reactivated and I could be given a second chance on the platform.
