PS5 Bought in Dubai Won’t Let Me Buy Games – Unidentified Error

I purchased a PS5 in Dubai, but I cannot buy any games. Every time I try to purchase a game, I receive an "Unidentified error occurred, please try again later" message. No matter how many times I retry, the error persists, making my PS5 completely unusable for gaming.

I work between 9 AM and 6 PM, so I am unable to call support during business hours, which makes resolving this issue even more frustrating. At this point, my PS5 is nothing more than a decorative piece, as I cannot play anything on it.

I need an urgent solution to this issue. Please fix this error immediately so I can actually use the product I paid for.
