Snapchat Verification Is Locked to an Inactive Phone Number

April 20 2:59 PM14

When I recently tried to log back into my Snapchat account after not using it for approximately one year, I discovered that even though I entered my username and password correctly, the verification code was still being sent to my old phone number. Because that old number is no longer active, I am completely unable to access my account.

My account contains important messages, memories, and my friends list, and at the moment I cannot access any of them. I have not yet directly contacted Snapchat regarding this issue, but I am experiencing serious frustration because the verification system is still tied to my inactive phone number.

I request that Snapchat carry out the necessary security checks for this account and restore access by allowing verification through the new phone number or email address that I currently use. I also ask for the necessary assistance so I can successfully regain access to my account again.
