Snapchat SS06 Device Ban Is Blocking Access on My iPhone 15

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Snapchat account on my iPhone 15, where I am receiving a “temporarily banned – SS06” device restriction. Because of this ban, I am unable to log in to my existing account or create a new account on this device, which means I cannot use Snapchat on my phone at all. This issue started on 13 June 2026. Before this date, I had been able to log in and use my Snapchat account on the same iPhone 15 without any problems. I believe this SS06 device ban may have been applied in error, as I am not aware of any reason why my device should be restricted. I have already contacted Snapchat support about this situation, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that my device and account be reviewed in detail, that I receive a clear explanation of why this SS06 restriction was applied, and that the device ban be lifted if possible so that I can use Snapchat again on my phone. I would also appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account on this device.
