This afternoon, between approximately 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM, when I tried to log into my Snapchat account from my own phone, I received a message stating: “SS06 – Device banned. You can find more information here.” As a result, I am unable to access my account from my phone. When I try to create a new account, I receive the same error.
I have been logging in and out of my account normally from time to time, and I did not engage in any unusual activity or anything that I believe would violate Snapchat’s rules. Despite this, my phone is showing a device ban. Although I may still be able to access my account from other devices, I cannot use it on my own phone, which is causing me serious inconvenience.
I respectfully request that the device ban placed on my phone be lifted immediately, that I be allowed to use my account normally from my device again, and that the necessary checks be conducted to prevent this issue from happening again. I would like my situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
