Snapchat Locked Me Out of My Old Account Even Though I Know the Password

I’m trying to log into my Snapchat account from three or four years ago—the username is sibelhuseyin_20—and even though I clearly remember the correct password, I’m being blocked. Snapchat displays a message saying my access is temporarily restricted, but I have no idea why.

I haven’t done anything that would justify a restriction, and I haven’t even used the account recently. It’s really upsetting to be locked out without any explanation, especially when I’ve done nothing wrong. I just want access to my old account and the memories it holds.

Snapchat, please lift the restriction and restore access to my account. I’m not violating any terms, and I deserve to know why this is happening. I’d appreciate a prompt resolution.
