I can’t log into my Snapchat account with the username a*** on my iPhone 11. A moment ago, my access to the account was blocked and my device was banned. The only reason shown was “adding friends,” which doesn’t make any sense to me. I also have a Snapchat Premium subscription on this account, and my contact information is a*@gmail.com** and 0552 *** ** 96.
I’ve experienced a similar issue before on another device—this is the second time it’s happened. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem continues. I haven’t tried restarting my phone yet. I also didn’t receive any warning or error message.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that the ban on my device be lifted, and that my Snapchat Premium subscription continue without interruption.
