Snapchat “Device Banned” Error Recovery Request on iPhone 13

When I try to use the Snapchat app on my iPhone 13, I’ve been receiving a “device banned” warning for about 2–3 weeks. I am sure that I haven’t violated any rules, and I have no idea why this is happening. I only experience this issue on my iPhone 13; when I try on another device, the problem does not occur.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, checked that the app was up to date, and made sure I had enough storage space. However, the issue still persists. I contacted Snapchat support, but I haven’t received any response.
My email registered to the account is: b************@gmail.com**. I request that the device ban be lifted and that I be able to use the app without any issues.
