I use the Snapchat app on my 10a model device. For about a week, I haven’t been able to log into my account. Even though I enter my password correctly, I get a “wrong password” error, and the login code doesn’t get sent to either my phone or my email address (a****************@gmail.com). I also tried logging in from another device and a different internet connection, but nothing changed. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I have not contacted Snapchat customer support yet. I am requesting the necessary assistance so that I can regain access to my account and reset my password.
