I bought a used iPhone from a family member and when I attempted to sign into Snapchat, I received an error message saying: "SS06: Access to Snapchat has been temporarily disabled due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts or suspicious activity."

It appears that there may have been an error in locking my account. I require immediate help in unlocking my account as it holds all of my crucial information. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
