Snapchat ss06 Error Unresolved on Casper Via X30

I haven’t been able to log into Snapchat on my Casper Via X30 phone for about 3 months. I keep getting the “ss06 error code,” and my access is temporarily blocked. I can use the same account on other devices without any issues, but on my own device, I constantly run into this problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and updating the device software, but the issue persists. I believe the problem started after Snapchat detected a suspicious login attempt when I entered my password incorrectly once. I have not contacted Snapchat customer support.
I request that I be able to access my account again from my own device and that any device-related restriction be lifted. My user information: f**************@gmail.com
