My 590-Day Snapchat Streak Disappeared for No Reason – Need It Restored

My Snapchat streak with my girlfriend was at nearly 590 days, but today, I noticed it vanished without any reason. Even though we sent snaps yesterday, the streak counter never showed the hourglass warning, and then it just reset to 1.

This is extremely frustrating because we never missed a day, yet Snapchat removed our streak out of nowhere. I expect Snapchat support to fix this issue and restore our streak immediately.

If streaks are going to disappear for no reason, what’s the point of maintaining them? Snapchat, please correct this mistake and bring back our 590-day streak!
