I’ve been experiencing the same issue on the Smule app for a long time. Nearly 40 of my accounts have been closed even though I have never used insults, profanity, or violated any rules. Most recently, my account with the username “nicm Diyar” was also frozen a short while ago with a “Your account has been suspended” message. I believe this is happening because other users are reporting me.
Even though I pay for VIP membership and use the app’s premium features, the problem hasn’t been resolved across different devices or even after changing my phone. I receive no explanation or notification about why my accounts are closed, and I cannot find anyone at Smule who can address the issue. I also can’t understand why my account is being closed without an investigation or any communication with me.
I am logging in from Eskişehir, Türkiye. I request a clear explanation as to why and on what grounds my account has been closed, and I want my “nicm Diyar” account reinstated. I expect my issue to be resolved and a proper, transparent explanation to be provided.
