Paid for ChatGPT Plus on App Store, But Subscription Still Not Active
On September 30, 2025, I made a payment for a ChatGPT Plus subscription through the App Store. The payment was successfully completed, and I received both the payment confirmation email and the receipt (Transaction ID: MSHN0GD7HZ). I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max and currently live in Istanbul. My Apple ID is the same as the one linked to my ChatGPT account, and I tried to activate my Plus subscription directly through the app. However, even after deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as logging out and back in, my Plus membership still doesn’t activate.
I’m requesting that my subscription be activated as soon as possible.
