Smok RPM 5 Pro Won’t Stay On Without Charger – Battery Issue?

I have a Smok RPM 5 Pro, and it won’t turn on unless it’s plugged into the charger. When I press the buttons, everything seems to work fine, but as soon as I unplug the device, it immediately shuts off.

I tried removing and reinserting the battery, but it didn’t solve the issue. I even left it plugged in until it reached 100% charge, but the moment I disconnected it, the device powered off again.

Is this a battery issue, or is there something else wrong with the device? Do I need to replace the battery, or is this a manufacturing defect? I need a solution as soon as possible!
