Smallpdf Pro Charged $108 After Subscription Cancellation

I started a Smallpdf Pro membership last year as a free trial and believed that I had canceled the subscription. However, I was charged $108 on my card last year. Since I believed at the time that I had already canceled the membership, I did not take any further action and considered the matter closed.

However, this year, on August 12, 2026, I noticed through my bank statement and an SMS notification that another $108 Smallpdf Pro subscription fee had been charged to my Garanti BBVA card. I am certain that I canceled my subscription a long time ago, so I believe these charges are unjustified.

I request that Smallpdf check whether my subscription was actually canceled, refund the most recent $108 charge and, if possible, also refund the $108 charged last year, and permanently terminate my membership. I kindly ask Smallpdf to respond promptly and resolve the issue.
