I purchased a Skoda Stardust Keren electric moped from Çakıroğlu Skoda. In total, I paid approximately $1,286 for the vehicle price, $161 for transfer, $64 for the sales fee, and $43 for the license plate and other costs. The product was delivered to Nevşehir via Mototransfer on 06.25.2026, at around 5:00 PM.
The moment the delivery took place, I saw that the moped had numerous defects. The product had touch-up and paint marks, scratches in various spots, a scratched and malfunctioning screen, a scratch on the NFC key, scratches on the rear fender, a missing windshield decal/lettering, and scratches on the glass. Given its condition, I believe this product was knowingly sent to me as though it were a used item or one worn from sitting in a showroom.
Since the moment I noticed this, I've been in contact for two days now via WhatsApp and phone with both the seller and Çakıroğlu Skoda. I was told this kind of issue "can happen," that they could replace parts, and that they could give me a bag as a gift. However, I refuse to accept a product with this many defects, arriving with scratches and malfunctions, as a brand-new, defect-free item.
I am requesting that the moped I purchased be replaced entirely with a new, defect-free unit, and that all shipping/transfer fees be covered by the company. I want it acknowledged that the vehicle sent to me is a defective product, that my grievance be resolved, and that the process be brought to a resolution without any additional cost being passed on to me.
