Skoda Clear Coat Peeling Problem

In June 2019, just one month after the warranty period expired, a paint clear coat peeling problem appeared on my Skoda Rapid Sedan, which I purchased in May 2016. I had all the maintenance of my vehicle carried out regularly at the authorized Skoda service center in Gaziantep. Despite this, clear coat peeling occurred on the hood, doors, and all over the vehicle, and this issue has progressively spread across the entire surface over time. Following the onset of the problem, I applied to the authorized Skoda service. I was contacted by phone and was only offered repair. However, I did not accept this solution because I believe the second-hand value of a repaired vehicle will decrease. I requested that my vehicle be replaced with a faultless equivalent due to this chronic problem, which I believe is production-related, but my request was rejected. The problem first started in June 2019 and has been ongoing since that date. My license plate number is 79EF522. The issue is constantly present, regardless of any weather conditions. I cannot accept that this situation, which emerged shortly after the warranty period ended and is stated to be a manufacturing defect, creates a grievance for a customer by a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction.I demand that my vehicle be evaluated within the scope of defective goods and replaced with a new one. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will use all my legal rights and continue to share the grievance I have experienced with the public.
