Skechers Return Voucher Appears As "Used"

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with my Skechers refund voucher worth ₺6,999.00, issued on 24/06/2026 and numbered 037962. I attempted to use this voucher at the Skechers store in İstanbul Buyaka AVM to purchase shoes, but I was told at the checkout that the voucher had already been used, even though I had never used it before. After this first incident, I submitted a request about the issue. Approximately three weeks ago, I was called and told that I could use the voucher within one month. Trusting this information, I went back to the same store to shop again, but I encountered exactly the same problem and was again informed that the voucher was seen as used in their system. Despite this, no effective solution was provided and my problem was not resolved. I kindly request that my refund voucher, which I have not used, be immediately activated so that I can use the full amount of ₺6,999.00 for my purchases, and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent similar issues from recurring.
