Sinoz Anti-Spot Sunscreen Packaging Burst After Two Days

I purchased Sinoz Anti-Spot Sunscreen through Trendyol on August 19. When the product was first delivered, it was full and there were no visible issues. However, just two days after I purchased it, the product somehow burst open inside a bag that did not contain anything heavy, causing the packaging to tear.

When I applied the product to my face, it also left visible white marks on my skin, and I developed pimples on my face the following day. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using the product and have stopped applying it for now.

Rather than simply returning the product, I would like Sinoz to take the situation I have experienced into consideration, conduct a proper investigation of the product, check both the packaging and its contents, and provide an appropriate resolution or compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
